Prices are quoted in euros, shipping not included. The price applicable to a product is the price in effect on the date of the order. DDC Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment of orders is made via DPO, the most secure payment method for your online purchases.

Shipping charges for large items are calculated when ordering (truck, airplane, boat…)
4. Returns
You can return any item for a refund within 7 days of receiving it (excluded promotions and all products made to order). All of them are in their original condition with tags intact. Please allow up to 7 working days for the DandyTeam to process your return and refund. Your bank may take a few days to show the refund in your account. All original order postage costs are non-refundable. Returns postage cost is responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your parcel back using a recorded service, so you can track it.
